About Admission Process

Q1. How to apply for admission?

After getting the information regarding the courses and fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Students can apply for any number of courses. He or she can apply through Online mode. For more details, please visit Sarvajanik University Website.

Q2. How shall I find out if I am admitted? Or I submitted my application by the deadline. When can I expect to receive a decision from the Office of Admission?

On submission of your application form for admission, you will receive primary response by email and/or call within 2 days. In admission process, first, merit list will be prepared then admission round will be declared and then final admission will be given on the basis of merit - in courses and on the seats available. Approximately, this process will be completed in 45 days. You will receive an email from the admission committee of Sarvajanik university about your admission confirmation.

Q3. What is the quota for reservations of seats?

As per the norms of State Government seats are reserved.

Q4. How can I apply through Sports Quota?

For applying for admission on Sports Quota, at the time of online application, you have to select for Sports Quota which is mentioned in the online application form and also upload relevant documents.

Q5. Other State/board quota available? How much?

Yes. Reserved quota for all other board will be 40% of total intake. This 40% reservation also includes other state quota too.

Q6. Is it important to have a caste or tribe certificate in the name of a candidate?

Yes, if the candidate is applying under any reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PH) then, he/she must upload the scanned copy of Caste/Tribe/PwD certificate. The certificate must be signed by any competent authority. Moreover, the certificates should be in the name of a candidate. The OBC certificate must also specify that candidates belong to the non-creamy layer (NCL).

Q7. Can I apply for two or more undergraduate or postgraduate programs online at a time?

Yes, you can apply in more than one course in which you are eligible through an online application form of Sarvajanik University.

Q8. Can Arts, Commerce or General, Vocational stream students or 10+2 Diploma passed students apply in B.Sc. course?

Yes, you are eligible for some B.Sc course like B.Sc. IT and B.Sc. Env. Sc. and can apply online for the same. For detailed eligibility student kindly visit : Link will be menstione soon.

Q9. I am interested in taking admission, but my Board/University exams were cancelled/postponed due to the present pandemic situation. Can I take admission without having 12th grades/marks?
OR
I have submitted my original documents at the time of counseling at another college. What should I do now?

Primary application for admission can be done before the admission application form submission deadline and scan documents can be uploaded before preparation of merit list, the date of which will be informed to you in advanced. However, you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria once your board/ university declares the result. Applications of only eligible candidates will be considered in merit list preparation. Before final admission counseling, documents are to be submitted without fail.

You need to bring the original documents at the time of counseling/ admission confirmation. If your admission is confirmed you need to submit original documents.

Q10. What if I made mistakes in my application? How will I be able to correct them?

Online correction on request is possible.
